When you have a question or need to speak to us, we think you should be able to just send a message or pick up the phone to the right person. That’s why we do not use call handlers and or chatbots. Your time is valuable and we think our processes should be designed for your benefit, not ours.

So, whether you prefer the phone, email or even a personal visit to our head office, you are in control – we will not force you down a particular communication channel.

Our heads of member services, claims and underwriting are also easily available to our members. So, on the rare occasions when things don’t go quite right, we can get them fixed quickly and with minimum fuss.

We know our systems work, because we get more compliments than complaints. In fact, we are so proud of our low levels of complaints that we publish these statistics for everyone to see.
