General meetings
Our 2025 Annual General meeting will be held at 20-21 Red Lion Court, London, EC4A 3EB on Friday 23 May 2025 at 2.00pm.
This will give our members an opportunity to have their say on important matters affecting their Society. Details of of the agenda can be found in the document below.
We think that strong member engagement is a key element for our long term success and we encourage eligible members to attend the meeting if possible. However, if you cannot, we strongly recommend that you exercise your right by completing and returning your form of proxy to us by 12.00pm on 21st May 2025.
