We will pay you a regular income, currently free of UK income tax, if you cannot work due to illness or injury and suffer a loss of income as a result. Every year we also allocate a share of any surpluses from our insurance business and our investments to each member, and the bonuses given this way accumulate to a cash lump sum available to you at retirement.
