We are working extremely hard to support our members through these extraordinary times whilst safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our employees.
Most of our employees are now working remotely and we are well set up to facilitate this. However, remote working is not as effective as our usual setup and we have changed our official hours to 9.00 am - 5.00 pm to give our employees the additional time needed to action our members requests. So, if we take a little longer than usual to respond, please bear with us.
