What can I do online?
Our online service provides many useful and timesaving options. Here are some of the things you can do by using our online system:
- Obtain quotes for new and existing clients;
- Apply for cover on behalf of your new clients;
- Apply to increase cover for your existing clients;
- Track the progress of your pipeline applications and obtain immediate updates on your cases;
- View pipeline commission information;
- View your commission history and statements;
- View the up to date details of all your clients;
- Check the balance in your clients’ Members’ Bonus Accounts.
How do I register for online business?
- Registering for our online service could not be easier. Just ask your Principal User to contact our Member Services Department on +44 20 7222 2511 and you will receive your temporary PIN by post within seven days along with a short guide to help you get started.
Activating your account
- Once you have received your temporary PIN log on to our website at www.dentistsprovident.co.uk and click on the “activate account” button;
- You will be asked for your username and three random digits of your temporary PIN;
- After you have successfully completed the first part of the activation process, an automatic message will be sent to the e-mail address you have given us, containing a unique URL link. Click on the URL link to complete the activation process.
Logging in for the first time
- After you have clicked the URL link to complete the activation process, you will be directed to the login screen;
- For security reasons, you will again be asked to enter your username and three random digits of your temporary PIN;
- On successful login you will receive a message confirming that the registration process has been completed successfully and you will have the opportunity of changing your temporary PIN to a number of your choice. We strongly recommend that you change your PIN.
